The new RMSTATOR Failure Detect Regulator brings groundbreaking technology to the powersports market

This part can be used with any 18-pole, 3 phase stator on any vehicle with a Permanent Magnet stator/flywheel charging system.

It is a 50Amp Series-Type regulator, with universal type connectors that fit many vehicles.

Opposite connectors and terminals are included to convert any vehicle wiring to our system.  

The housing is a very common size, and has slotted mounting holes to work with any mounting type.

This regulator includes an 1800mm / 6 foot long wiring harness to a special display to mount on your handlebars. This display works as a voltmeter, and has an adjustable voltage regulation point from 14.0 to 15.0 VDC with a simple button press.

RMSTATORS new FAILURE DETECT TECHNOLOGY constantly monitors your charging system for failures, and will notify you of any problems.

Failures detected: 

• Over Charging: Battery voltage exceeds 16.0VDC
• Low Charging: Battery voltage drops below 12.0VDC
• Stator Failure: Stator has internally shorted windings, windings shorted to ground, or open windings
• High Temperature: Regulator case temperature exceeds 105°C

These warnings will show on the voltmeter display, while flashing a RED warning light, and playing a loud audible alarm.
