At RMSTATOR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items don't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your RMSTATOR account, select your order history, and click the 'Request Return' button to generate your unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer to ensure they arrive safely.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email confirmation and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
